Navigating the Marketplace
When you visit the "Marketplace" section, you will see a list of available freights. Each freight listing provides short information at a glance.
If you click on a chosen freight, a new window will appear with more detailed information, including:
- Freight Details: Comprehensive information about the freight.
- Responsible Person: Contact details of the person responsible for the freight.
- Shortest Route: Suggested route for the transportation.
Please note that sensitive and most important information will only be shown after you book the freight.
Booking Freights
There are a few possible ways to book freight:
Immediate Booking
If a freight has an assigned price, there will be a "Book" button. By pressing this button, you can book the freight immediately. The booked freight will then appear in your "My Freight" window.
Bidding on Freight
If the freight does not have an assigned price, there will be a "Bid" button. After pressing it, you can offer your own price for the freight. The bid will be active for 30 minutes. If the admin confirms your bid within this time frame, the freight will be assigned to you and will appear in your "My Freight" window. Please ensure your truck is available during this period, or cancel your bid if you find another freight solution.

Your bid will be active for 30 minutes. Ensure that you can commit to the freight during this time to avoid any complications.
Cancellation and Delays
When booking freight, be aware of the following fines:
- Order Cancellation: Cancelling less than 24 hours before the agreed time for the provision of a vehicle at the loading place will incur a fine of €250.
- Delays: Delays in arriving at the place of loading, unloading, or customs formalities will incur a fine of €250 per day.
- Using Third Parties: Utilizing third-party services for fulfillment without prior written consent from the client will result in a fine of 50% of the agreed transportation price or €1,000.
